NOTE: These apartments are now called Maple Crossing Apartments

My family and I have been here a year and I like it here quite a bit! Here's a quick pros and cons list:

Pros
--Reasonable rent
--friendly tenants (mostly...the ones that aren't never come out of their apartments anyway)
--Clean and well-maintained
--cleanup bags and trash cans are provided throughout the complex for pet owners
--safe area
--new constructions features include a fairly new play structure for kids, new fencing and a remodeled rental office to include a small workout area
--laundry facilities on site
--close to all kinds of shopping, parks, freeways, etc.
--well insulated
--kid friendly

Cons:
--Parking is only one space per apartment, unassigned so you can walk a pretty good distance to get home
--Street parking is available, but set up so it completely blocks the view of oncoming traffic at the exits
--Shoddy constructions inside the apartments. Things like drawers and cabinets are easily damaged from normal use
--One member of the office staff is so rude and off-putting that when we moved in, we were warned about it from three tenants and another staff member.

Overall, we love it here! The pro's really outweight the short list of negatives for us and it's well worth it for the price.

Please do not take this review seriously, this person is either management or being paid by management. 75% of what he is saying is absolute bullcrap. If you actually read this you will notice that his whole review is like a pitch directly from management with just enough "negatives" to make it look like he isn't them. Also, he hasn't lived here for a year yet he still scans for reviews daily on a complex he no longer lives in? LOL. Maple Crossing, hire people with an IQ above 60 to do your dirty work.

I would have to say I agree with Anonymous... it does sound like a sales pitch, and by how personal the response is, I would have to agree that this is someone in the management office or at Rockstone Residential Group who owns this apartment.

SeasonedRenter07, The reason they deleted your post is because management is not allowed to post under any sort of guise on this website. It is against the rules. That is why it will be deleted again. I warn everybody who reads these reviews to be VERY VERY careful, atleast 50% of all positive reviews are management backed; Keep an eye out for common mistakes they make, like making their review sound like a sales pitch. (That is the biggest and most telling sign). just because it *doesn't* sound like a sales pitch does not neccisarily make it legit either. It's hard to tell sometimes, so try and look at every complex with a wide lense, think of it as baseball, where the averages are what matters not just one at-bat (review).

No, it was removed because the bitter can't cope with the idea that someone might see a silver lining in their cloud of crap. I aimed for fairness and professionalism in my review, though I am obviously no professional writer. If it sounds like a sales pitch to you, so be it, but it has and will remain up for others to know that not everyone here is enveloped in negative hatred of anybody and anything that doesn't suit up to their unrealistic (and unpaid for) expectations.
