They maybe out to steal your money i dont know, The fact of the matter is my roommate and i filled out applications to move to this place "80$" turns out we didnt qualify "even though weve qualified for every apartment weve applied for and have a flawless renters history" due to my roomate shoplifting as a MINOR, which makes absolutely no sense to me. So know we are out 80$ and they are 80$ fatter in the bank account, so if you have ever stolen a candy bar as a child i recommend not wasting your time and money on this place.

Actually the $76 dollars is for the screening company to do a background check on you. Wilderness Village did not get your money. Atleast they gave you back your deposit of $400
