Nice place, VERY EXPENSIVE, be careful on move out!

I lived here from 10/04 to 10/06.
On move in AND move out be sure to request THEIR checklist of items that need to be cleaned, not just standard move in form. Be sure to find out what is new when you move in. (carpet, blinds, etc.) ON MOVE IN,WRITE DOWN EVERYTHING! No matter how inconsequen-tial you believe it to be. (a bent slat on blinds, etc.) In other words COVER YOUR HINEY!
DO NOT EVER SMOKE IN THESE APARTMENTS..IF MANAGEMENT IS AWARE YOU ARE A SMOKER, IT MAKES NO DIFFERENCE IF YOU SMOKE IN OR OUTSIDE....HOW DO YOU PROVE OUTSIDE ONLY'' YOU MAY PAY FOR NEW BLINDS, CARPET AND KILZ SMOKE COVER PAINT, ON MOVE OUT. If all else fails, be sure to talk to David in thier collections dept.. Very fair person! GOOD LUCK! P.S. I hate to say I believe manager will take advantage, financially especially, whenever given opportunity. Will try and intimidate if possible.
