The apartments themselves are beautiful and very spacious. However, they must have been constructed with the cheapest materials available. I live on the second floor with a family above me who screams and stomps around ALL DAY and late into the night. My downstairs neighbor loves to play loud music every night from about 4 pm until sometimes 11 pm-12 am. I can hear people coughing upstairs - the construction is that bad. I can't wait to move the heck out of here. This is by far the worst apartment I've ever lived in.

Dear, NO WAY I am "got out cheap"...I am not here to bash the apts., or management....BUT..... if you believe, "Well we haven't lived here THAT long.....or the place wasn't clean when we moved in".....BE AWARE!!! Make sure you get the "checkout cleaning list"! I have been in contact with people who only lived there 3M. They were charged over what I was, ($186), having lived there 2 yrs. (their average $700) This is insane. They could not charge me for a single cleaning fee...but charged for smoke damage that was non-existent according to my NON-SMOKING friends.... Best of luck...Be sure to have maint. pull out washer/dryer so you can clean under, behind, and DON'T FORGET CORDS...... |

I'm the original poster for this entry and all I have to say is that I'm taking my concerns to the Washington AG's office regarding the fleecing I received when I moved out of this apartment complex. $20 charge to dust each set of blinds when they had already been dusted? can anyone say normal wear and tear?? I would never ever live here again if my life depended on it. What a waste of my money.

I've just sent a complaint to the Washington AG office regarding another apartment complex and they told me they won't handle landlord-tenant disputes...have you found any other form of reports that worked?

I have been getting harassed by them they say we did not pay all of our deposit and did not pay our full pet deposits, we have proof, then they said " look at the lease all the monies are non refundable and not for the maintenence" so it is just for lining their pockets. Then they tell us they will take us to court if we do not pay immediatly and that they have given us credit for the pet deposits, because we were such good tenents, well then baby you owe us money, but we will pay because I do not want my credit ruined and cannot afford an attorney to fight them.
