I have lived here 6 months in a top (third) floor apartment. The apartments seem nice, but the walls are paper thin. I hear the next door neighbor's stereo blasting and the television of the resident living below him. I have 6 months to go on my lease and plan to leave as soon as it is possible. Other than being unwilling to deal with the noise, I have had no other problems with management - but we will see how it goes on moveout. Parking is a problem unless you pay for a reserved space. I often have to park far away from my building.
