Wilderness Village Apartments are nothing superb but livable. I just moved out and only had a few odd experiences with the place. The first thing is it sounds like an elephant lives on the third floor. Second, I was reprimanded for having deck furniture on my patio. Third, they do not have dog size limits, so that can make for interesting finds around the grounds. The indsides of the apartments show they're age...I never once had to turn my heat on but found I had an outrageous energy bill. The fireplace doesn't heat the apartment...(Think December power outage.) One of the tenants actually urinated on a car parked in his reserved parking space. Nice! It is gated, but I think that might have been because of a prior theft problems. The walls are quite thin, but they're spacious. I lived in a 2 bedroom. Parking can sometimes be problematic..but for the price and to live in the country instead of in say ghetto Renton...it is worth it. Just don't get ripped off in the end.
