We moved out eleven months ago and still have not received $100 of our deposits that the manager, Karen acknowledges is owed to us. We were excellent tenants that stayed 8 months, always paid rent on time and left unit cleaner than when we moved in. After we received our deposit check I realized it was $100 short and have been in contact with Karen regarding this on numerous occasions. She acknowledges we are indeed owed the $100 but does nothing about it. She continually says she will check into it with property management company and call me back. She never does, always having one excuse or another for not returning my call. This has been going on for 9 months now. I have been extremely patient and polite but it has gotten me no where.

My only other complaint is that you could hear everything in the unit above you. When the neighbor above us alarm clock would go off every morning it would wake us up! Every time, no kidding. When their three year old ran it sounded like a 300 pound man was up there doing laps.

You need to call HSC at 425-275-5361. Ask for David....sorry don't have last name. He is, (or was), head of their collections dept.. He was very fair. I know he is familiar with Karens histrionics! She should have been let go long ago but she makes them a tremendous amount of money. Good luck!, Tracy

I lived there in that place. Karen evicted us cause one of us was not on the lease. We had been there for 2 years and she found out and through my wife, me and my baby out on to the steets. We paid our rent 2 weeks early every month and never caused problems. My daughter was 2 weeks old at that time. Karen is a total -----. You should call their corporate office. We did.
