Great place to live I have lived here for the past year. Everyone is very pleasant and helpful. If things went out in my place it was fixed that DAY! Neighbors are very nice. I never felt unsafe walking around by myself. There are very nice lakes to visit and trials to walk on, nearby. Great

BEWARE.... Staff has fraudulently charged residents for damages. You could ruin your life moving here. BULLY is the best description for the office staff. Maintenance is GREAT but watch out for The Big Bully in the office.

Do not go here! It has been six weeks now and I have not seen a dime of my deposit back that I am entitled to or a statment saying where it went. According to Washington Law, they have 14 days to get it me. Their cop out....."it got lost in the mail". No return calls and more excuses.
