BEWARE.... Staff has fraudulently charged residents for damages. You could ruin your life moving here. BULLY is the best description for the office staff. Maintenance is GREAT but watch out for The Big Bully in the office.

Do not go here! It has been six weeks now and I have not seen a dime of my deposit back that I am entitled to or a statment saying where it went. According to Washington Law, they have 14 days to get it me. Their cop out....."it got lost in the mail". No return calls and more excuses.

Great! These were the first apartments I lived in on my own and I was out late at night and never had any issues. The staff are great and when my mother passed away they did everything the could to help get me moved out. No noise, no vandals, no break ins, nothing! Right in the heart of Maple
