These are 2 bedroom, 1 & 1/2 bathroom townhomes. The rent is $750.00 per month with a $500.00 deposit. The pet deposit is $250.00. The day we moved in our moving company was maneuvering so they could back up to our door, when some crazy lady a few doors down ran out and started to yell at them to not block the driveway in. They hadn't even pulled up to our door at that point but she didn't listen or seem to care when I told her what was going on.

The townhome was so-so clean when we moved in. The bathroom vents were full of smelly lint, the refridgerator had dryed-on sticky food in it, and the carpets were not cleaned very well. I used my carpet cleaner about a month after moving in and the water in the canister was black, and the screens on all the windows and on the slider door were filthy.

There is also tons of kids around here. I guess if your looking for a place with tons of kids, then this would be the place for you. Just watch out for snobby neibors! Oh, the train tracks are right behind you so be prepared for sleepless nights. The train horns are LOUD!!!

Not only are there a lot of kids, but there are a lot of completely unsupervised kids. Luckily, most of the kids are young enough that they don't cause many problems (aside from the noise and the fact that they zip out into the parking lot from between cars); The train IS loud. Try living right towards the end there, it rattles your teeth sometimes. And I bet I know which crazy lady it was, there's one thats particularly crazy. Don't make eye contact. She'll either cause problems for you, or try to talk your ear off for HOURS, talking about every other person that lives in the complex. Once again...don't make eye contact.
