I guess the place was sold, and it seems that it has been getting better. The other note on here is right, there have been some problems, but it's more from the previous manager than anything else. There's a new management company I think too. It's not all that bad, just a good starter apartment. They've been trying to get rid of some of the pigs at the place. Any garbage is from people that just don't care.
