This is a horrible place to live. I don't live here but my friend lives in these apartments, I go there every day. Lets see where to start...hmm.

Managment is just horrible, I don't know how to explain it but I do know that the manager is like almost always smoking outside the office itself where it says "NO SMOKING"

The kids, ohhh my god. So much noise with them. They are out there until about 10Pm, just about every day.

There is also a pervert that roams around the apartments a lot.

The apartment is very small itself. Very small rooms, Small living room and just gets dirty easily.

The parking is pretty good though there is a lot of visitor parking.

Drugs and Alcohol is a major problem. They do drugs a lot there. And of course drink.

Horrible neighbors; here are 2 examples of what I have seen.

Ex 1. It was 2007 and there was this about 4 year old and someone told him to knock on this door so he did. A fat old guy came out and said "WHY ARE YOU KNOCKING ON MY DOOR!" "GET OUT OF HERE!" Then the little 4 year old said "Why are you screaming at me'" He was then crying. The old man said "I CAN SCREAM AT YOU IF I WANT I'M AN ADULT!!!!" The little 4 year old went running home. I didn't know what happened after that.

-True story I had to witness it. I feel good for telling him off.


Ex 2.
Not sure when this was but these stories are simple, I saw these a lot.

Men scream at there wives in front of their children.


In conclusion this is a horrible place to live, trust me...if you don't believe me just go over there sit around for an hour and watch.
