We lived here in a townhouse (the nicer portion of the complex) for the 6 month lease, and I was never happier to leave. This is a supposedly "low income" complex (and as such we barely qualified to live there), however the rent is so high I had a hard time understanding how anyone with a lower income then us could afford to live there. Plus the people who moved in after us paid $75 more per month then we did. Also, the neighbors were AWFUL. We followed the pet rules (small dogs on leash always, clean up after your pet) but NO ONE ELSE DID! Because we had dogs, the neighbors huge 100 lb monster loved to come and poo in our yard! Dispite many complaints, NOTHING was done. The management was HORRIBLE. They lost our deposit and tried to say we never paid it! There was obvious drug activity going on, but nothing was done about it. They also seemed to not have a limit on how many people could live in a 2 bed apt. Children ran all over the place with NO supervision. Dispite bringing several situations to managements attention, NOTHING was EVER done. Yet, when I put up a clothes line on a sunny day, I got a knock on my door a few hours later that I had to take it down or pay a fine. I took the oppertunity to point out an ant problem in our apartment, but NOTHING was done about it. A friend of mine continued to live there for 1 1/2 years after we left and the neighborhood only got worse! I would only recommend this place if your only other option is to live in a cardbord box!
