I live there for nearly a year, as soon as we moved in the managers we signed our lease with moved out and new managers came in i know i was not great at paying rent but i tried hard to do so. Our first problem encountered was when some one parked in our assinged parking spot in the middle of the night. We called the manager and she was all pissy with us and said not to call her again in he middle of the night she said and I quote "unless it is fire, flood, or blood do not call" We cold not call the tow truck only the manager could call and have the car removed. Another thing she hardly tried to communicate with us and when we did go into the office neither of the managers would be there, office closed no explantion for this. when we finally decided that we could no longer afford it we waited and waited for her to post an eviction notice on our door, we had a couple of people watching our door to see if she had posted anything. She never posted anything but then had the nerve to say she did and they entered the apartment without taking the proper steps so "BREAKING AND ENTERING" is what they did. We did clean up the apartment and did not trash it at all there was the wear and tear from living there and having a two year old but that was it. She went into my apartment without posting an eviction notice or abandonment notice. Another thing is that there are supposed to be on site mangers, nope not one, neither of them live there so as for on site don't believe it I would not recomend this place to any one at all please save yourself the trouble and go some where else, also they are not low income they accept section 8 which does not mean low income it means they accept section 8 that is all I have to say.

I see things like that happen here all the time. And you are right, they claim to be "low income" blah-blah-blah, but the rent is as high as anyplace else AND you have to pay Water and Sewag. The parking ALWAYS sucks, the managment says they will do something about it and they never do. I wouldn't recommend this place to my enemy!
