My son and I lived at Winterhill for approx 9mo.
As a single parent, I hoped I would have a slightly reduced rent. Based on my income, my rent was not reduced. We moved as soon as I found a duplex for about the same amount.
I did not have any major problems with the management. EXCEPT they are based out of Oregon. Any concerns required long distance phone calls.
There were quite a few kids running around at all hours (unsupervised).
The number of 18-24yr tennants was rising. Their bass thumping music was starting to be a bit much.
Most people used their garages for storage. I would not have been able to park my car if I didn?t have a garage. Guest parking was nonexistant.
