Out of all the apartments in Marysville this one has to be one of the worst. Though it wasn't always this way, it sure is not a safe and nice place to live anymore. We have been here over a year and cannot wait for our lease to be up. The neighbors are loud, the parking is horrible! If there was a fire there is no possible way help could get in and save you on time. Not to mention there have been 3 garages broken into in the last 4 months, and the cops called on one neighbor or the other atleast once a month. If you are single and like to party, give this place a try... if not I would really suggest looking around. Most of the apartments around Marysville have really been cleaned up and ran much better than they were 5-10 years ago. This place is going down hill fast. Besides the neighbors, the maintenance on the inside of the apartment is done poorly and the staff, most of the time, is rude and don't really take your complaints seriously. There are much better places to live, please take the time to look around. Don't make the same mistake I did.
