hi i lived here for a year between 2002-2003 and i am very happy to say i am no longer living there. I initially liked the place because of Bob and Margo (original management), but they passed away and were replaced by greedy,lazy, incompetent managers. First off my car was broken into by there so called secure parking garage, they stole my car jack', cd player, stick shift handle', and my air intake filter' now only people that are hard up for drug money do that so that basically tells you that not only the managment but the tenenets are crazy too. The managment would not even do anything about it i had a strong suspicsion of who did it i even found out that the guy was living there illegally, but as usual the management was to greedy to kick him out for fear that the friend letting him stay there would find a place some where else. And the newest managment is a dirtbag she is never i repeat never in her office and she is fake as someone in hollywood. As soon as i left the smile was gone. I asked why i had to pay a $250.00 non-refundable deposit and the answer i got was it covers administrative fees "B.S". I have never heard of anything like that before have you. I left the place in better condition than when i moved in but only recieved a fraction of my $500.00 deposit. I had this one person living below me and every time a turned my stero on she would pound on the ceilling and report me, it got so ridiculous that i had the manager come over to hear how quite the music actually was, this is because the walls are paper thin you can hear people's conversations and even hear them walking around. Next i don't know why but people hated me for my nice car they said i was parking to close when infact it was the manager's mother who was parking to close (a.k.a the apartments janitor) and i wonder why the place was a dump she could hardly move around. I eventually had to move to the other side of the parking lot to avoid not one but 3 different people who were probably single and bitter about some kind of issue and decided to take their frustrations out on me. Don't be fooled by the gym it sucks i was on a boat in the navy and that gym was a 1000 times better it consists of broken equipment and junky bikes left there by previous tenents. aparantly according to some of the hired work at the building there are people in the russian mafia living there and infact his car was broken into by the son who was involved in the mafia, this is why i never felt safe. Watch out for the previous manager with the orange hair she is totally crazy, she hired her neice or whatever to manage the place on the weekends, but this girl was so fluffy she could had a hard time answering basic questions about the apartment she was more interested in chating with her friends or doing her nails or doing both at the same time!! I could go on all day about how this place sucks please don't move in here i have a big heart and i would be heart broken to hear of some poor soul to step foot into basically their grave. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
