I have lived at Deauville apartments for over two years I only have excellent reviews of the building as well as the units themselves. The building is strategically located in the business district of Mercer island and yet there is quiite a bit of singing birds in the trees all day. I have lived in two different unis or apartments and the only thing I can say is I never had any complaints about the appliances or the quality of the floors and the apartment itself. My neighbors have been pure quality and are very quiet and courteous. The safety in the area of a secure parking garage has been anything but impecable, clean and safe. The management have always been very aprochable, easy going and on top of things if anything was required of them. The current manager is quite efficient, professional and a driving force to improve the quality of the apartments and its tennants. She is an asset to the apartments and a friend to its occupants. I highly recommend this apartments to single families as well as larger ones.
