Not On Your Life.

While earlier reviwers have engaged in some egregious hyperbole, I largely have to agree with the assessment of the new (young) manager's abilities.
I lived there for more than a year and was dissatisfied with almost every aspect of the experience.
The achitecture is at best bewildering and at worst, well...labyrinthian. The walls are paper thin which allows for endless hours of entertainment by listening to the various goings on in your neighbor's units, a huge savings with which to pay the rent which will soon seem exorbitant.
The hallways are perfumed with the odor of a thousand fried meals and the heady aroma of litterboxes.
All of this is somewhat ameliorated though by the fact that one can be constantly awakened from a deep slumber by the hair-trigger fire alarm, adding a sense of the unknown to one's otherwise mundane existence.
Keep looking, there is always something better than this place. Might I suggest buying a large-screen television and living in the box until you find a more permanent solution. At least then you will have something to show for your investment.
I have moved on and I suggest that you do, too.
