It's an ok place to live really. A one bedroom on mercer island for 800 a month, that does include all utilities except electricity, The management are nice folks. Only too real complaints one being the parking which is little scary, one parking spot per unit and a little sliver of a pavement for parking lot. The Laundry has 2 washers and 2 dryers for 30 apartments, sometimes it can be a little frustrating when someone else is trying to do laundry at the same time as you.
