Beware of this community. Many "hidden" costs in the lease such as parking and common water fees. It all adds up fast. I have been living here for several months and am NOT happy. Management is beyond weak. Walls are paper thin so you can hear everything in the surrounding apartments. The carpet in the apartments is the cheapest junk available. It matts down after about two days and looks old. On the good side, it is a great location, very convenient. Though I have have a view of the supermarket, some apts have better views. The common areas seem to be monopolized by kids sometimes, especially the business center, which is annoying. This community was greaqt in theory, but it is poorly run.
