The apartments might look ok if you give them a quick once over, but take a closer look. Nothing has been measured properly, the walls are crooked, floor is not level, carpet is cheap. Construction was supposed to be complete months ago, but they are still waking residents every morning. Apartments that have been occupied for months are continually being re-entered for fixes - which are not supervised by the development company or management. I have heard of 3 cars being vandalized, though there is supposed to be security here. I could go on and on. I have yet to meet a happy resident.
