I had never walked into a friendlier rental office than when I came to check out Island Square. I looked around at a variety of apartments and I'm so glad I visited this complex. I was met with a professional greeting and have been treated that way ever since. I have worked in the customer service industry before, so my standards can be high.

I have lived here for about 6 months and have been extremely happy. The office staff is welcoming and friendly. The apartment is big and has a great floor plan and Mercer Island is so convenient.

OF COURSE they are going to be friendly when you first walk in! They want your money doofus! Wait until your dishwasher explodes all over your kitchen or your car is vandalized in the garage. See how friendly they are then... They will give you a balloon and Famous Amos and tell ya to eat their shorts!

I agree. I think this is obviously a comment from the the leasing staff.

They mention how great the office staff is 3 times? This is the leasing agent. Give me a flying break.
