Watch Your Wallet & read the fine print contracts

When I rented the unit in May - 06 my rent was $960 mo and was promised all the amenities as shown on thier website. Then they started raising the rent after my first 6mo lease...beacause "they can get higher rent" from new tenents. We were promised the gym...it took 6 months for the contractor to complete. We were promised the spa/hot tub area...still not done a year later. the secured parking took 6 months to work. As they walk you through thier 128 page generic contract, sumerizing the information so you don't need to spend hours trying to read and understand. Construction was suppose to be complete within 6 weeks of moving in and as of today the contractor is still working on the place. Then 3 months into the lease the owner changes the management company which was an extreme down grade. The heat is always to hot had to live with my windows open all the time. The security took nine months to reach 70%. The floors slope so bad your furniture would lean. the layout of the units include alot of unusable space your charged for. They nickle and dime you to death, you think your rent is one thing but then you find out that your paying hundreds more for the inclusive amenities. The teenage tenents have terroized the common areas so badly that you have to arrange appointed times to enjoy. Just try and use the theater room...if you can get it the teenage terrorist has screwed it up so it won't work. Word is two blocks away is another new apartment complex that is worth the money you spend! BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
