The hot tub is advertised but never works (notice the heavy chain and padlock at the gate). Maintenance refuses to replace lights in the courtyard and never cleared a pathway in the snow from the December '08 storms, making the walkway very slippery and dark. My unit had sewage backing up into my toilet, bathtub, and kitchen sink and the manager was accusing me of causing it. Three months later, Roto Rooter discovered is was a design defect. The call box for Building B was inoperable for most of December, causing residents to go to the parking garage or main entrance to let guests in.
