Hmm..Shorewood, Where to begin'

Well, I have lived here for a while now and I have to say the parking stinks!..go out at night and its pretty much impossible to park anywhere remotely near to your building.
Shorewood management are GREEDY..
No sense of 'community spirit' at all..
POOR insulation, I can hear my neighbors phone calls, shower running and even snoring!
When my lease is up, I'm OUT OF HERE!!
