I must sart off by saying that you can not beat the location whatsoever. I don't think that there is a more centralized area than Mercer Island. The apartments themselves are above average consisting of modern technology mixed with an older charm. However, the real purpose for this review is to let you potential renters beware of management. First off, their rules are absurd. For example, if you are planning on having out of town guest come to see you for more than 3 consecutive days in a calendar month, enter at your own risk. You have to have written permission for your guest to stay longer than a 72 hour span and yes they somehow keep track on that. If your guest stays for longer than 6 total days in any calendar month, then you will be warned by mangement of your violating your lease and will be subject to an eviction notice.
The management has yet to truely understand the term "customer service". They are manipulative, impulsive and nieve people to say the least. If you are looking for mediocre people to deal with on a regualr basis then this is the place for you! Also, in all seriousness, if you own a dog this is not the place to live. even if they offer your rent for free, which as you know they won't, it is still not worth the day to day hassels.
