First the good; Great location! Beautiful area on Mercer Island. Its minutes to Seattle or Bellevue. It has great charm being built in the 1940's yet updated to very nice looking apartments inside and out.

The bad news; The apartment staff are rude unless they are showing an apartment to a potential renter, then they wave and act very friendly. I had quite a noisy neighbor above me, doing their household chores at 2 a.m., playing an electric guitar at midnight, etc. Management was very slow in responding. Very poor management. As far as noise, you can hear your neighbor on the sides and above talking, walking, laundry, music, just about anything.

Forget finding parking if you come in late, meaning 9 p.m. or later. People end up parking in fire zones, on the sidewalk, any nook or cranny they can find.

The only thing that makes this complex worth staying in is the area and close proximety to work.
