Management is the worst!

The management's main comment to everything is "if you don't like it(enter request/concern), you have a choice: move."
Rents are reasonable when you move in, then renewal time arrives and the "market value" seems to sky rocket. I have seen many renters come and go within the time span of a lease. All went away angry and frustrated. Many lashing out at management as they went. I enjoyed and lost several neighbors and not one was a difficult person and never displayed anger until you brought up management.Management doen't care this is your home, you are nothing but a bottom line. They could make a lot more money retaining valuable tenants with courtesy than the huge turnover they are experiencing. Just look at the $1000 bribe if you recommend someone to Shorewood and they sign a year lease... hmmm
