I have lived in a 2 bdrm apt for exactly 1 year.

The apartment is in good condition. It has charm. That's why I live here. Let me tell you it's not for the "friendly" (or not so friendly) management or certainly not for the maintence.

If you are a non-smoker... there has been numorous complaints from multiple buildings about people smoking right out side the main entrance of the buildings. Keep in mind this is by the 4 font apartment's bedroom window. Let me tell you... in the summer, this really SUCKS! Many have complained but management, they really don't care. SO if you can work it out with your neighbors, then great, if not, umm... well you're out of luck!

I really like the people in my building, they seem to all respect eachother and we don't have any problems. Many people have been here 1-3 years that I have met on the property.

Overall, the charming apartment and grounds, and the location (Mercer Island) is why I opt'd to reneiw my lease.
