Great location, Mercer island is the most convenient place in the Seattle area. I have not had any problems with the staff, but then again I have had little to no contact with them (I follow the rules and don't expect the staff to make special arrangements for me because I failed to read my lease or plan ahead). I really like the gym, people could pick up their dogs poop a little more often and parking can sometimes be tight.
