The leasing agents were very helpful with my families transition relocating to WA. It is a great location with pretty views and lots to do close by. They even have a center with information and cool things to do in the area and being new has been greatly helpful. They are pet friendly and one of very few places that don't charge monthly fees for me to keep my 2 cats. The nice thing is they don't allow a bunch of wild cats on the property or to let people let their cats on the property. Nothing is worse than going for a nice walk and seeing feces all over the grass from lazy people not caring for their pets and having to listen to cat fights in the middle of the night. Maintenance has been efficient and responded quickly to my concerns. This has been the easiest and best move I have made in the last 7 years of apt. living!
