Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2004
This was the worst experience renting anywhere! Many neighbors have similiar complaints. Although the grounds are pretty, the units are old, and the road has at least 1 accident per day. Our parked car was hit at least 4 times in 3 years. Gunmen have had swat teams breaking down doors, police have done man hunts, and there have been more than two people run over here. A lot has to do with poor management. It is pretty, but not safe or pleasant.
