Okay, so we all know living on Mercer Island is expensive, and these apts. are no exception. Parking sucks if you get in late and many inconsiderate tenants park in the handicap and fire zones.
Dealing with the management is pretty lame. They essentially will do anything possible in order to not do anything for you.
I was there for 2 years and left because I could get a larger apt. for less money and a reserved parking spot.
The complex was recently renovated but the interiors are somewhat misleading. There are many coats of paint on every surface, too the point of paint flaking off in sheets. Hell, my bathroom door had a different knob on the inside than the outside.
Noise...I could hear my neighbors dog barking whenever anyone walked by her door and I could hear my downstairs neighbor snooring every night over my television.
