Don't move here

The location alone is not worth living in this dump.
After living at this place for a month, I discovered that there was untreated mold between the walls in the bathroom (which was denied by mgmt). When we asked the management why the bathroom fan was hardwired to be on all the time we were lied to. I developed a serious condition and whenever I was home I was sick from the mold spores.
Parking is horrible, walls are paper-thin and the layout of the apartments is illogical (our neighbor's living room was adjointed to our bedroom, so we heard all their late-night arguments while trying to sleep).
Be careful when you move out, because the $200 "redecoration deposit" is non-refundable, plus they will charge you an equivalent of $25 per hour in re-paining (*after* they've charged you the re-decoration fee). We left after 6 months and cleaned the place spotless, yet were charged $200 add'n cleaning fees and $200 pet fees for an indoor cat who never had accidents.
The apartments have 1940's heaters operated by water which is shared by the entire building, so in the winter you are unable to heat your place above 65F. We had to wear sweaters indoors.
As a final kicker when we notified the complex we were moving out and they asked us why, we did not want to be rude and said we bought a house (which we did), the staff proceeded to ridicule us on what a stupid decision we made.
I am so happy I left this place!
