I just recently moved to the Seattle area from New York. I found Mercer Island because the location is so perfect. The grounds here at Shorewood are beautifully well kept. The maintenace staff is very friendly and fixed all my problems in a very short time. I've never had a problem with the office staff, they've always been very polite and helpful. I would highly recommend this apartment complex.
