Moved into this apartment, and while things weren't perfect under the old management, I had no real complaints. Once the new, even bigger company took over, things immediately began to go downhill. Garbage colllects everywhere, smelly hallways, no parking (cars from many different states are showing up a lot lately and people park in no parking zones and nothing is done about it), gas bills are insane - you pay for gas even if you don't use it (and in the winter, it goes up to around $120 a month). The management doesn't even pretend to care about the residents. They are very combative and rude and never respond to multiple requests when problems are reported.

The only pros about this community are the Pavilion and its staff as well as the maintenance staff, but you have to deal with the poor management and the many problems they refuse to deal with.
