I lived at Shorewood for over 4 years. When I moved out I gave proper notice, cleaned my unit and completely abided by the lease agreeement and thought everything was in good order; however, I received a move-out statement with ridiculous and exhorberent "padded" fee's. For example, Carpet replacement (not carpet cleaning), huge Final water bill (which Shorewood won't provide proof of), and an extra 10 days of rent (although I gave proper notice). I tried resolving these issues to no avail. I would never recommend this community to anyone who believes in honesty, fairness and integrity!
