Very nice but a little pricey

I lived at Shorewood for 7 months and liked it very much. I had one maintenance issue that was handled in one day. Parking is very tight, so you may have to walk a ways to your apartment when you park. The apartments do smell strange (old') but you get used to it. The location is wonderful. Near lake Washington with lots of walking trails and a great view. Rent was going up to 1015 a month when I left for a one bedroom. If you can afford it and are ok with the parking I would recommend it. Management was always real nice to me and answered all my questions. I would have stayed but need to find a place a little cheaper or get a raise! One weird note, my apartment did not have any phone jacks, only CAT-5 jacks that were not connected to anything, so if you need a landline be sure to check that.
