When I visited Shorewood Heights I was pleased by the leasing people, they were kind and did not push me to lease the same day. I am newly divorced and moving was a difficult choice for me. I leased the next week and love my new apartment. The week that I moved in there was a resident party and it was more fun than I have had in a long time. I would recomend Shorewood to all of my friends.

Hi, I'm thinking of moving to shorewood heights but have read a few bad reviews that complain about it being loud (paper thin walls), the garbage is really far from apartments, their is dog poop everywhere, and the list seems to go on about the management no being nice. I'm a little bit nervous but really want to live in a Garden Style apartment and not in a high rise in downtown bellevue. Do you still like the place or am I making a mistake? Thank you!

I still love my apartment, I do not see dog poo unless someone is letting their dog go and not clean it up. I was late once on a payment and the office waived my late fee the one time. The office calls to make sure that the maintenance has done their jobs too. I have recomended it to many friends.
