I moved into Shorewood about 6 months ago and have had nothing but a pleasant experience. The staff has been wonderful, I had an issue with a neighbor and his dog barking constantly. I tried to speak with him myself but nothing happened, so I called the office and they told me they would take care of it. Whatever they did helped because I hardly ever hear the dog anymore. I have a great 2 bedroom with a backdoor which I absolutley love because I have 2 year son who loved to play outside. The grounds are always well kept and beautiful. The only thing I would have a problem with is the parking. Sometimes it can be difficult at night, but I've never not found a spot. Definately recommeded for the price and location.
