A little noisy at night From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/4/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   The facilities are nice here. But beware that you will be charged for common area utilities(gas bill). And they had raised the parking to $100 even though we were told that it would be free when we moved in. Also make sure that you don't take an apartment facing the court yard/pool area. Some people will use the pool late at night(1AM). It will wake you up for sure. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
