Island Square Apartments 50% Recommended Apr 25 2008: We have lived here for 2 years and are very happy with the apartment and the staff. There is a gym which is small, but has the essential equipment and is never crowded. The hot tub is a great amenity, Shorewood Apartments 32% Recommended Apr 22 2008: I wouldn't live again at Shorewood if you paid me! The new management (Riverstone) staff is incompetent, uncooperative, combative and passive aggressive (think Nurse Ratched). I subleased and the very first week I got a utility bill for $1&# Shorewood Apartments 32% Recommended Apr 16 2008: The staff is awful. We moved out and were sent a bill with charges related to electric. That bill was sent on 2/13. We received and wrote a check back to them within 30 days. They processed two days after The Mercer - Luxury Apartment Homes 45% Recommended Apr 11 2008: Anything positive written about this property must of been written by their staff. I toured there and they did nothing but bad talk every other apartment on the island. I felt this was very unprofessional and tacky. The other properties Shorewood Apartments 32% Recommended Apr 09 2008: I am so fed up with the staff here. It's hard to understand how they can be so completely apathetic to their tenants.
