the "B" in the back office is having trouble with her facial expressions,I wouldn't dare waste my time and money moving thier.

I live here and I love the office staff... they are the most helpful gals.. and FUN!... funny thing is their lodge doesn't even have a "back office".... hmmm... i wonder what this person's problem is?....

sounds like they were talking about you? I never lived here but reading the reviews it is obvious that the good ones are written by the staff! I have never ever read any review written by a tenant who would say that the staff "rocks"! It's clear the staff here is pathetic...

Wow, cougarmountain sounds like a jealous manager from a comp. apartment complex. Too bad for her......I live at the Hawthorne and I'm just a resident but I love the staff. I have a baby girl and everytime I go in there they give her a cookie and remember all kinds of things about her. I love how they treat me like they actually care about me and my family. Maybe I am just a big sucker and they really don't care but if that's the case then they should be actors not apartment managers.
