I was so surprized to read some of these kind of comments. Let me tell you, this is a dream come true. These people go out of there way for us. I had recently been caught in traffic(Seattle)and was late getting in the office to pick up my airline tickets. I called and talked to the manager to see what could be done. She told me to call her as soon as I got home and she would bring them over to me. I couldn't believe she would take the time' Whenever I call to have some repairs done in my apt, I always get them done within the same day. Talk about service. Although I haven't been able to go to many events because of work, I appreciate the parties the management puts on for their folks. I have a poodle and they are always giving her treats when ever I come in to get a package. I really appreciate the caring expressions towards my pet. In all the years I have lived in an apt complex, I have never seen such professionalism and thoughtfulness in its staff. I hope everyone gives them a chance and makes this there new home of choice. I know who you are referring to, and she was one of the good ones who chose to leave this horrible company.
