I rented at the Hawthorne Apartments- I wished I had not as I gazed across the way at the Reserves thinking I should have just waited the month on the waiting list and I could be sitting by the pool with all those happy people. I could be enjoying the numerous events they hold for their happy tenants so many unhappy tenants. The staff is not trained well and seems to fumble their way through.

The parking situation is horrible. I don't care what the staff tries to get on and say, it is true; I often parked 2 blocks away as well.

The pool area is small for the amount of people living there.

There are much better places very close by, some higher priced and some lower, but better just the same.

Either way save yourself the regret of renting at this place.
