Prior to moveout a while back, I would have rated this place a 5.0. It was a beautiful place to live, and Jennifer and Stuart were awesome...whenever we had a problem they took care of it immediately. However...these two good people left (around 6/07) (makes you wonder) and the staff that has replaced them are sure to rip you off upon move-out. They tried with me.

We talked to the former staff, Jennifer and Stuart, and this was well after a "cooling off" period and what we heard seemed to be very honest answers. (We talked to Jen at Azul one evening and then ran into Stuart at Desert Sun about 6 mo's later, so yes they're still "around")The answers we got were mostly based on integrity issues with United Dominion Realty Trust and their unwillingness to support questionable ethics. Both had basically the same story about UDRT changing policy and fee's while preying on renters ignorance of contract law. It's the old "if they challenge policy then deal with it harshly but until then carry on smartly..." I can personally say the staff that replaced them has been adequate at best. They're always in full supply of arrogance, attitude, and challenge, if you have any questions no matter how insignificant the topic. Almost like it's a personal attack. The property manager seems to have the worst attitude of the team and my advice to her would be if you hate your job, or your life, so much that you spew venom every time you open your mouth you should consider retirement or a career change. Unfortunately this rude and unbecoming attitude seems to have become status quo for the rest of the staff. Leading by example? We still like the property so just set your staff expectations extremely low and you won't be disappointed.
