First, parking is horrible. If you want a parking space in the evening expect to pay extra for a covered parking space or garage.
Secondly the landscaping crew does not care about cars. After cutting, they use leafblowers to move left over debris. I have seen them on multiple occasions go right up to a new car while blowing debris around it and put the air of the leafblower directly on the car. This is horrible as it can effectively sandblast the paint.
Thirdly, one of their maintenance personnel was attempting to wash the parking lot clean (had a lot of dirt) with a power washer. When he came up to my car he was still directing the water stream at the ground. Well when a lot of water is forced down at an angle, it usually comes back up at an angle. In this case it came back up with small rocks and dirt tearing up my car's clearcoat. After informing management about this, they took some pictures and told me to wash it to see the damage. I did so and saw the damage, but they claimed it was from previous "residue". The head maintenance guy then said he knew a guy that had some "special" wax that could make it better. Once you damage the clearcoat of a car, wax will not fix it. A new paint job will.
Fourthly, if you do rent here be very thorough on your move in inspection sheet. This includes checking for pet damage from the previous tenants or you will be blamed for it. This happened to me. My dog is potty-trained and never urinated in the apartment, but that is what they claimed had happened and charged me to replace the carpets.
I have had better experience with office and maintenance staff at apartments half this price for rent. Living near the Towne Center is not worth the hassle of living here! lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji

I'm a previous tenant. This company is suspect of illegal practices with regard to erroneous charges. PLEASE rent elsewhere...this reviewer is correct...it isn't worth the location!
