I moved in several months ago and your right the pet deposit and fee is high . . . where is it not' You will pay this anywhere you go. Every complex is the same. Try going through an independent landlord, they are normally less. Other then that I m very pleased that I chose this place over some other dumps that I was looking at in the area. I love it here. The apartment was in great condition when I moved in. The office staff is really kind and friendly, and I love being so close to the Town Center and all the Trails.

I am a previous resident, and I commented on the last review. YES...we absolutely loved it as well -- we lived in a beautiful townhome -- but after moveout it is not uncommon for them to stick you with illegal move-out fees.
