I'm a busy guy and the last thing I need is my landlords to be a pain in my side. I've lived here for 1 year and am now trying to upgrade to a 3bdr. Man do they make it hard. Everyone there will give you a different answer to what should be simple questions. They have more fees then you could imagine and they hide as many of them as they can from you until your locked in. I couldn't go find a new place now if I wanted to, I'm out of time.

They did a walk through without me there, and without my permission. Yes, the came into my apartment without telling me. Then tried to tell me the carpets need to be replaced. There is nothing wrong with the carpets. They are in great condition and look better then the stain ridden carpets in my new 3brd. Oh, and on that note, they didn't even bother to clean the kitchen in my new appartment.

This place use to be great, the location still is, but the new managent is just trash. Find somewhere else if you can.

They're jerks now because they are selling the apts off as condos.

Totally agree with what you are saying, i hate the staff, they need to be fired..all of them especially the dumbass manager!!!!
