Very bad mold problem... The office will blame the tenants. Very overpriced as well. The Mill does have covered parking, but you walk a tenth of a mile to get to it...

I could carry a conversation with my upstairs neighbors as well, from inside my apartment. Celing creeks loudly every time someone walks across.
My tires were slashed and new Accura had its wheels and tires stolen and the car was proped up on rocks...right in front of my building!
